Tonline Plaza is a famous shopping center in Taoyuan District Taiwan. It opened in 1995 and included a variety of stores such as movie theaters, restaurants, bookstores, and a large meeting hall of 2,200 square feet for holding art or business exhibitions.

Situation:
Tonline planned to remodel the shopping center and would like to improve the user experience of their washroom.

The existing problems were:

2. It can be seen that there were always long queues in the washrooms.

How we solve the problems:
